Monique Reindersma is a co-founder of SRA and a licensed Architect recognized leader with more than three decades of experience shaping complex architectural projects across retail, hospitality, office, multifamily, and large-scale master planning. She began her career at Bechtel, where she played a key role on high-profile international projects, including Disney MGM Studios Europe—an experience that grounded her approach to both technical rigor and design excellence.

As Senior Partner and Managing Principal, Monique brings a strategic, hands-on leadership style to every phase of a project. She is widely respected for her ability to assemble and guide multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and align design vision with client goals. Her strength lies in translating complex requirements into clear, functional, and compelling architectural solutions.

Sake Reindersma

Sake Reindersma is a co-founder of SRA and a licensed architect with more than 30 years of experience leading complex architectural projects and professional practice. His career is defined by technical rigor, thoughtful leadership, and a disciplined approach to delivering high-quality, efficient design solutions. Prior to establishing SRA, Sake held senior roles at Carter Burgess, MulvannyG2, and Perkowitz & Ruth, where he developed broad expertise across diverse project types and delivery methods.

As Senior Partner and Managing Principal, Sake plays a central role in guiding the firm’s operational excellence and design standards. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, deep knowledge of building systems, and ability to anticipate challenges early in the process—helping projects move forward smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. His commitment to professional accountability is reflected in his service on Arizona’s Board of Technical Registration Enforcement Committee, where he contributes to maintaining the highest standards within the architectural profession.
